SC Operations becomes Chameleon Operations
When we started out, we knew what we wanted to do – but we weren’t sure what to call ourselves. We are a team of true ‘operations people’: pragmatic, structured, and highly effective. At the time, the name SC Operations seemed like the obvious choice.
After a few months, we realised that no one really understood what it meant.
That’s why we decided to give our growth a new framework that reflects who we are: from now on, we’re Chameleon Operations.
Why Chameleon? Because we can adapt to new environments, markets and challenges – and that’s what makes us who we are.
It also brings our German and Portuguese teams together under one roof.
The name is new. The team, the values and the passion remain the same.
